Information we process
The app stores your Umami server address, API credential, account details, preferences, and cached analytics on your device. If you enable Umami Mobile Cloud, we also process the encrypted credential, website identifiers, notification preferences, Apple subscription identifiers, push tokens, and delivery records needed to provide that service.
How we use information
Information is used only to connect to your Umami instance, display analytics, monitor opted-in purchase events, prepare weekly summaries, verify subscriptions, prevent duplicate notifications, and operate and secure Umami Mobile Cloud.
Service providers
Umami Mobile Cloud uses Vercel for application hosting, Neon for database hosting, and Apple for subscriptions and push delivery. We do not sell personal information or use Cloud data for advertising.
Your controls
Cloud sync is optional. Turning it off deletes the synced connection, registered devices, website preferences, and associated Cloud data. You can also remove local Umami accounts from the app.
Security and retention
Cloud credentials are protected with authenticated encryption and connections use HTTPS. Operational and subscription records may be retained where required for security, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
