How do I connect an Umami instance?
Open Umami Mobile, enter the URL of your Umami instance, and sign in with your normal Umami account. The app uses Umami's API to load your websites and analytics.
Why is no analytics data showing?
Check that the selected website and date range contain activity, then pull to refresh. Also confirm the account has permission to view that website in Umami.
What is Umami Mobile Cloud?
It is an optional subscription that can monitor opted-in purchase events and deliver purchase alerts and weekly summaries while the app is closed.
How do I stop Cloud notifications?
Open Settings, choose Manage notification settings, and disable purchase or weekly summary notifications. Turning off Cloud sync removes the synced connection and notification settings.
How do I delete my synced data?
Turn off Sync with Umami Mobile Cloud in Settings. Local accounts can be removed separately from the instance settings in the app.
