Terms and Conditions
Effective July 28, 2026.
Subscription
Umami Mobile Cloud is offered as a monthly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Cloud service
An active subscription provides supported background purchase monitoring, direct purchase event processing, weekly summaries, and push delivery. You are responsible for having permission to connect each Umami account and for the accuracy of its analytics data.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or immediate delivery. Apple, network, hosting, Umami API, device settings, and account configuration can delay or prevent notifications.
Acceptable use
You may not access an Umami instance without authorization, interfere with the service, evade subscription checks, submit unlawful content, or use the service in a way that harms other users or infrastructure.
Changes and termination
Features may change as Umami and Apple services evolve. We may suspend access for abuse or security risks. You can stop using the Cloud service by disabling sync and cancelling the subscription through Apple.
